As an organization that exists to protect the public interest, the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) is focused on being a trusted source for information to help guide and support patients in Alberta—as well as the physicians who care for them.

Navigating any healthcare system can be complex and daunting, which is why CPSA continually looks for ways to provide simple, clear information to deliver the answers you’re looking for or help point you in the right direction. Since 2022, CPSA has had a centralized Customer Experience (CX) team dedicated to providing timely, high-quality support to those who turn to us with questions and are looking for help.

Created based on the questions CPSA’s CX team receives most often, each video vignette lets you listen in on what you can expect from a conversation with CPSA, where callers can expect to be heard, understood and supported clearly and without judgment—building confidence, reducing uncertainty and paving a pathway to trust in CPSA’s corner of the healthcare system.
